We do not accept returns or exchanges on cannabis items, including flower, prerolls, edibles, vapes, or any consumable products. This policy ensures product integrity, customer safety, and full compliance with state laws.

If your order was delivered incorrectly, arrived damaged, or you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right.

For non-cannabis merchandise (such as apparel or accessories), returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
